Plans and organizes cultural events, festivals, and inter-college competitions. Encourages students to explore talents in music, dance, drama, art, and literary activities.
Organizes sports tournaments, athletic meets, and fitness programs. Encourages student participation in inter-college and university-level sports events and provides coaching facilities.
Oversees library operations, book procurement, and resource management. Ensures students and staff have access to the latest academic materials, journals, and digital resources.
Manages the smooth conduct of internal examinations, assignments and university exams. Handles result compilation, grade distribution, and student grievances related to examinations.

Works for the welfare of SC/ST students, ensures they receive scholarships, fee concessions, and other provisions as per government norms. Conducts awareness and empowerment programs.
